Allpacka is a checklist app for organizing items for trips and everyday routines.
You can manage items by member and save frequently used items as reusable sets.
What You Can Do with Allpacka
With Allpacka, you can:
- Create checklists for trips and everyday items
- Organize items by member
- Save frequently used items as member-specific sets or shared sets
- Choose participating members and sets for each plan
- View your checklist by member or by category
- Copy a plan to create another plan with similar contents
Getting Started
We recommend starting with the following steps.
1. Add members
Add the people or groups you want to organize items for, such as yourself, family members, children, or pets.
2. Add items
Register items you often use, such as clothes, chargers, medicine, or documents.
3. Create sets
Create reusable sets of items, such as “Travel Basics,” “Kids’ Items,” or “Shared Documents.”
Sets can be created for each member or as shared sets.
4. Create a plan
Create a plan for a trip or daily checklist, then choose the members and sets you want to use.
5. Use the checklist
Open the plan and check off the items you need.
If you are not sure where to start, you can add sample data from Settings and try the app with example members, sets, and a sample plan.
Sets and Plans
Allpacka uses sets and plans separately.
Sets
A set is a reusable group of items.
For each item in a set, you can choose how the quantity should be calculated, such as per day, per night, or fixed.
When you create a plan, Allpacka uses these rules to calculate the required quantities automatically.
Example:
- Diapers 5 pcs / per day
- Socks 1 pair / per night
- Toothbrush 1 pc / fixed
Plans
A plan is the actual checklist you use.
You can add members and sets to a plan.
Allpacka creates a checklist for the plan based on the selected sets.
For example, if you create a 4-day, 3-night plan using the set above, the checklist will be calculated like this:
- Diapers 20 pcs
- Socks 3 pairs
- Toothbrush 1 pc
Using the Checklist
When you open a plan, you can check off your items.
- Tap the checkbox to mark an item as checked
- Switch between “By Member” and “By Category” views
- Tap an item to edit its quantity or memo
- Tap the “+” button in the bottom-right corner to add an item manually
- Tap the reset button in the top-right corner to uncheck all items
- Tap the cover area to edit the plan
If you want to reuse a plan, you can copy it from the plan list.
The copied plan keeps the same contents as the original, but all checklist items start unchecked.
Data Storage
Data created in Allpacka is stored on your device by default.
Plans, members, items, sets, and checklists are not automatically sent to WKHack.
However, if you use iOS backup features or iCloud Backup, your data may be backed up or restored through features provided by Apple.
