WKHack LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) regarding the handling of user information and personal information in the iOS application “Allpacka” provided by us (“App”).
Information Handled Within the App
In the App, users may enter and create the information described below.
In principle, such information is stored on the user’s device. The App may also use iCloud or CloudKit features provided by Apple Inc. for data backup and synchronization across multiple devices.
We do not automatically transmit or store data created by users within the App to servers independently managed by us.
(1) Information entered or created by users within the App
Users may enter or create the following information within the App:
- Plan information, such as plan names, destinations, dates, and memos
- Member information, such as member names, icons, theme colors, and photos
- Information related to items, categories, sets, and checklists
- Checklist information, such as checked status, quantities, units, and memos
- Other information voluntarily entered by users within the App
Such information is stored and processed on the user’s device for the purpose of providing the App’s features.
(2) Information related to photos
The App uses photos selected by users as member images or plan cover images for display, editing, and storage within the App.
The App does not access, collect, or store the user’s entire photo library.
Only photos explicitly selected by the user are used within the App.
In addition, photos selected by users are not automatically transmitted to our servers.
(3) Information provided when contacting us
When users contact us, we may collect information voluntarily provided by users, such as names, email addresses, and inquiry details.
(4) Information related to purchases
If the App is provided as a paid app, purchase processing is conducted through the App Store provided by Apple Inc.
We do not directly collect or retain users’ payment information, such as credit card information.
Purposes of Use
We use the information we collect or handle for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the App’s features
- To respond to inquiries and provide user support
- To investigate issues, improve quality, and enhance the App’s features
- To respond in accordance with laws, regulations, or terms of use
Data Storage Location
Data created within the App, including plans, members, items, sets, and checklists, is, in principle, stored on the user’s device.
The App may use iCloud or CloudKit features provided by Apple Inc. for data backup and synchronization across multiple devices. In such cases, data created by users within the App may be stored in the user’s iCloud storage associated with the user’s Apple ID.
We do not automatically transmit or store data created by users within the App to servers independently managed by us.
We do not directly view, collect, or manage user data stored in iCloud or CloudKit beyond the scope necessary to provide the App’s features. The handling of data in iCloud or CloudKit is subject to the terms and privacy policy established by Apple Inc.
If users use iOS backup features, iCloud Backup, device migration features, or similar services, data from the App may be included in backups or restored through features provided by Apple Inc. The handling of data through such features is also subject to the terms and privacy policy established by Apple Inc.
Use of External Services
The App may use iCloud or CloudKit features provided by Apple Inc. for data backup and synchronization across multiple devices.
At present, the App does not provide features that store, sync, or share data created by users within the App to servers independently managed by us, external cloud services such as Firebase, or external services intended for data sharing between users.
At present, the App also does not use external services for advertising purposes or external analytics services for tracking user behavior.
If we use external services other than those provided by Apple Inc. in the future for purposes such as cloud synchronization, backup, analytics, crash analysis, or advertising, we will revise this Policy as necessary and notify users through the App, our website, or other appropriate means.
Provision to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information we collect to third parties without the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases:
- When handling is entrusted to a contractor within the scope necessary to provide the App, such as inquiry response, support, or system operation
- When required by laws or regulations
- When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children
- When cooperation with a national government agency, local public authority, or similar organization is necessary
External Export of Data
In the future, the App may provide features that allow users to export or share their own plans, checklists, items, and other data outside the device in formats such as CSV files, images, or other formats.
Even in such cases, the export is performed on the user’s device through the user’s own operation, and we do not automatically collect or store the exported content.
Users are responsible for managing any data exported, saved, or shared outside the App through their own operation.
The handling of data at the export destination or sharing destination is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the relevant service, app, device, or usage environment.
Data Deletion
Users may delete data created within the App through operations within the App.
If the App is deleted from the user’s device, data stored within the App may also be deleted from the device.
However, data stored through iCloud Backup, device backups, or similar features is managed in accordance with the specifications of each feature provided by Apple Inc.
User Rights
Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other actions regarding their personal information held by us, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
However, data created by users within the App is, in principle, stored on the user’s device, and we do not automatically collect or retain such data.
Therefore, users should generally confirm, modify, or delete such data through operations within the App or on their device.

Changes to This Policy
We may change this Policy as necessary due to changes in laws and regulations, changes to the App’s specifications, or additions or changes to provided features.
